The Silver plan with on-site service option is designed for those on a budget who would like annual on site service performed by a professional but do not require a warranty on the complete machine. This plan is a proactive response to regular maintenance and personalized training.
An annual contract of $1,900 per year includes¹:

One scheduled maintenance visit to the customer’s site including -
Round trip Airfare; One night Hotel stay; One day Rental Car and fuel; Travel time to & from customer’s site; and meals.
The on-site service visit can happen any time within the 12-month contract period based on existing work already on the schedule. Call to discuss prior to ordering.
48 hours of telephone technical support 5AM – 7PM & 9AM-5PM Sat MST, excluding regular holidays. (Regular Holidays, include, but are not limited to, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day).
No labor charges on repairs performed by us, at our facility (i.e. cutting head service).

The Bronze plan is designed for those choosing to take full responsibility of maintaining, servicing and supporting their own CMC equipment.
